PURCHASE PROCEDURE

Each phase, from the choice of the product to the placing of the order, is an integral part of the purchase procedure.

The procedure involves the following steps:

The user is asked to choose the desired product and to verify their purchase choice.
After verifying the information visible in the purchase choice, users can place the order by forwarding it.

During the purchase process and before placing the order, users are duly informed of all fees, taxes and costs (including any shipping costs) that will be charged to them.

The sending of the order by the user determines the conclusion of the contract and gives rise to the obligation of the user to pay the price, taxes and any further specifications and expenses, as well as on the order page.

WARRANTY

Poisoned tattoo machines offer 1 year warranty on every part.

The product is shipped with a certification valid only for the first owner, each machine is tested to ensure perfect operation.

If the warranty expires or you are not the first owner and the product has problems or malfunctions, the free repair will be examined to see if the damage is due to the customer or not.

All products are made in Italy, behind each product there are months of design, prototypes and tests, to offer the customer maximum precision and reliability.

INVALIDITY OF THE WARRANTY

Parts of the machine are replaced with other components.
Excessive lubrication.
Bumps or falls.

Round trip shipping is to be paid by the user.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all steps to protect your personal information. All personal data received will be used exclusively for order fulfillment. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

SHIPMENT

The shipment takes place 2/3 days after receiving the order, our shipments are entrusted to the DHL courier and the cost varies from the country of destination.

Additional import taxes may apply to shipments outside the European Union.

The customer is responsible for customs fees, import taxes and licensing or other related changes to international shipping and laws.

RETURNS POLICY

The first thing to do before returning the product is to contact me at my email [email protected]
Based on the cost of the machine a 10% tax will be applied, the costs are to be paid by the customer. If returns do not comply with the terms indicated below, they will be refused.

The return is 5 days from receipt of the product.
The product must be returned with its original packaging including all its components.
It must include a letter stating why the return is requested.
Your email and phone number must also be included.
